If you prefer using your own invoice format, please make sure it includes all the required details, such as:

• Invoice Date
• Unique Invoice Number
• Sender’s Name and Address, along with the Recipient’s Name and Address
• Description of Goods/Services and Quantity Exported
• Total Amount Payable, including the Currency
• Exporter’s Bank Account Details (Bank Name, Bank Address, Account Number, and SWIFT Code)

Unfortunately, once a payment link is created, it cannot be edited. If you discover any errors, you’ll need to create a new payment link with the corrected information and send it to your client again. However, you can expire an existing payment link if necessary. To do so, navigate to the “Transactions” tab and locate the link you want to expire.

For quicker payment settlement, it’s advisable to upload your invoice while generating the payment link. This can be done seamlessly during the link creation process, helping to expedite the transaction.
